At ScentHut, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we offer a fair and clear refund policy designed to protect both the customer and our business.


All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all fragrance sales—especially sample and decant sizes—are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, even if only used once.

We strongly encourage customers to try our smaller sample sizes before committing to full bottles to ensure the fragrance suits their preferences.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at scenthutbusiness@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product.

We’ll review your request and, if approved, offer one of the following:

  • A replacement (subject to stock availability)
  • A refund
  • Store credit

Lost or Stolen Packages

ScentHut is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If needed, we’ll do our best to assist you through the process.


Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer make changes or issue a cancellation.
