Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods (such as holidays, promotions, or new collection launches), order processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer shipping across Canada and the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $85 CAD within Canada
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received your tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at scenthutbusiness@gmail.com
Lost or Stolen Packages
ScentHut is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors or building management.
